It will be a sculpture of two and a half men approximately five metres high.  The installation will consist of the bottom man being only a torso with a full man standing on top of his head and the third on top of the second man's head.  They will be painted red, wrapped with meat, and then with barbed wire. 

It will be present for approximately two weeks.  During this time the sculpture will visually change, evolve, and hopefully create some interesting discussions.
